College students keep late hours, not always getting the rest they need. Now a Community Health Promotion graduate student, Jaclyn Grimaldi, M.A. ’18, has created a four-week program designed to help students get the shut-eye they need.

The Sleep Well Program, which Grimaldi developed in the Community Health Education Planning and Implementation class and piloted in her internship, provides tips on combating the most common impediments to a restful sleep: stress, technology and substances.

Now available on her blog, the program will be introduced to students this fall through the Wellness Certificate Program offered by the Adelphi Health Services Center.
