Project Semicolon Support List

Pledge your support to raise awareness about mental health issues.

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,

A semicolon is punctuation that is often used in place of a period. It allows for a sentence to go on and provides for continuation where there could have been an end. Project Semicolon seeks to do the same by encouraging continuation and providing a new beginning where there could have been an end. Project Semicolon was established in 2013 to raise awareness on mental health topics such as depression, addiction, self-injury and suicide.

Adelphi University stands with Project Semicolon and their vision of a community that stands together, declares hope and embraces the value of individuals. By signing your name you are helping to break the stigma of mental illness on Adelphi’s campus and in our society.

Thank you,
The Health and Wellness Peer Educators, Health Services Center
